<div class="text-justify" One of the things that keep us active and healthy, is our routine of daily exercise, majority of people don't value or view it as important role in their life.
From research it shows that Daily exercise offers significant physical and mental benefits Including improved heart health, stronger bones and muscles, better weight management, and a reduced risk of chronic diseases like, diabetes and some cancers.
It also enhances brain function, boosts mood, improves sleep quality, and contributes to a longer, healthier life.
Daily Exercise also helps build muscle strength and endurance, improves bone density, reduce overweight and contributes to overall physical health, especially important for growth and development in children and for maintaining bone health as the get older.
The beautiful part of it is that, regular exercise is associated with a lower risk of early death.
That is the reason the inspired book says:- "Bodily training is benefitial for a little" which means our day to day living include moderate exercise not exercise. With that enlightenment I try my best to put it into practice.
I was able to to complete my daily exercise with a reward of 11707 foot steps, with the distance of 7.8 kilometres shown below from step tracker chart
Due to favourable weather, today's exercised was so much fun and plesant, i treck a very long this distance without being tired.
